So roblox8192 added the new speedrun mode a while ago, and I'm happy and hoping it'll reinvigorate the game's speedrunning scene. Personally it got me into speedrunning it just yesterday, so I created this account to talk about it and maybe submit any good runs I might get. It creates a new server whenever you join, so this eliminates most of the RNG of the game. Additionally, it automatically skips the starting cut scene, which is the main reason I chose not to speedrun this game a year back. What are your guys' opinions on this addition?

I think he meant cycles, but they are client sided so it has always been the same

Just expanding on @zora135790 a bit, these cycles will now basically start at the same time, whereas before with the main worlds having more than 1 person in it, loading could take longer, resulting in the cycles being "RNG" at times.

Yeah, for people with HDD drives that take longer to load like me, it can result in a lot of cycles being unpredictable.

your HDD drive has nothing to do with cycles
