Rules and run formatting update

Kia ora F1 runners, prospective and active alike!

I'm still learning my way around modding an SRC leaderboard, poking at the edges, finding new functionality, etc. As such, when I wrote the first draft of the rules, the formatting was a bit weird and long.

The rules have now been updated so that only the applicable variants rules show up when you're filtering runs by that category (so the rules for All Tracks show up when you're filtering by all tracks, etc). This makes the rules much easier to look at and parse for a given category.

I've also added team tracking to the leaderboards so we can take a look at run trends by team and see if Mercedes dominates or if there's room for Ferrari or another team on the boards. This also theoretically allows filtering by team so if you only wanted to compete for the best Renault time, you could!

I'd also like to congratulate our first two real entrants into the Any% category, Mash4314 and Kw1q51lv3r_Vorian, both posting sub-3 hour runs!

Enjoy those speedy race cars, I'm looking forward to seeing more submissions and competition as time goes on.

I want to ask.. The length of the All Tracks and Williams% is optional or strictly set?

honestly, I think it's the right move to be able to filter by team, to see if the Mercs are indeed dominant. even though I like the SpCore car more than the top teams, most runs have been completed with said top teams. and the first use I can think of using this system, is (of course) the Any% category, but also the Level leaderboard. Sure, the Mercedes is dominant for most of the season, but in, say, Italy, the Ferrari could be better due to the faster engine. and Red Bull might be faster on Brazil. It's a great addition. I hope you guys continue to mod the leaderboard the way you were doing up to this point: great.

[Edit towards @SeynySVK ] The length is not fixed. most runners will do the least amount of laps required, but you are free to do 25% races over the run if you want, so long as the run is a single-segment. and if you are talking about time, that depends on your skill level and on what control type you use
