why widescreen fix banned oO ? it doesnt affect the gameplay ,and is it really comfortable to play with broken y-axis for u guys :/
If im right, y-axis fix is used when lowering or increasing the game sensitivity. If you dont change ingame sensitivity, the y-axis sensitivity and x-axis sensitivity are the same.
Zeko is right, if you leave ingame mouse sensitivity at default and lower your mouse's DPI, you'll get normal aiming. The y-sensitivity fix is still allowed, since we didn't want to force people to spend money on speedrunning (lol). I got so used to playing 16:9 with widescreen off, that the game looks too thin to me if it's not streched.
VC Enthusiasts, good news!
The VC Mod Team has decided to allow users to access a y-sens fix for mouse issues. This can be used legally in speedruns from today onwards, with only one rule.
