While I was doing a practice run of glitchless I killed a deku baba and it dropped a deku nut onto the web I rolled into it and then immidietly equipped said deku nuts and when I unpaused Link clipped through the web and was holding the ledge does anyone have any idea what caused this?

Yeah, clipping through the 2nd happens sometimes. I'm pretty sure it doesn't load properly if you do B1 skip.
