hiya i just wanted to know is it ok to use the geforce recorder to submit speedruns and do i have to add a timer to this or can i just leave it as it is?

Basically, depends on the game's specific rules as to whether you need to add a timer or not. I'm sorry I don't know what the geforce recorder is, but if it records your video, I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed. Nobody really knows what you used to record when you upload a video.
