I don't say exactly that You are right, or they are right. This genre is totally not my affiliation in my affiliation to our Speedrunner's Community - I have no knowledge about this game. However, I believe that a positive result of those accusations will benefit everyone of us.

GhostSenpai is not an easy mod to talk to, I feel your pain.

I remember trying to do runs of Donald Duck's Goin Quackers and he simply stated you need to have a program recording your inputs and you can't use Android emulators, so I was unable to submit the runs I wanted.

But that's not the worst problem, I think it's a hard person to simply establish any kind of dialogue, so I never bothered trying again.

Since I don't know the full extent of what happened, I'm just gonna give my two cents. I think it's human nature that anyone who's given the power to do anything in a specific setting can drive them to take advantage of their power. It's why I look up to those who use their power to help others. However, that's a "they" thing. What they do or not do is out of our control. This scenario only stresses you out, so in the end you're the one who gets frustrated and they further reinforces their power on you. The best thing to do is be patient and move on. The more you don't let them affect you, the more power you regain.
