Well, maybe me and few people are thinking like this, but we are speedrunners. We all respect skill and good manners (I assume). Knowing who you are or not, if you submit some decent records of your performances, they will be accepted, as long as your runs follow the established rules (when does the timer start, when it ends, required configurations...).

LGBT or not, if you're running some known games, and are good enough to get world records or something close to, be sure people will look closely your runs. Because gender is not supposed to matter when efforts and skills are here.

If I'm watching a Stream, and someone is playing good without webcam or microphone, I recognize the talent before the person's identity, right ? That's the same logic.

Maybe I'm far from the crowd I'm supposed to follow, but if you're a good and pleasant runner, that's enough for me.

Welcome anyway, open arms for me.
