The Nintendo Switch version of the game includes an easy mode button that Basically give you peace and tranquillity for the whole game, this includes the effects such as giving you a max of 8 HP and making certain parts easier to do. I’m not sure if this option exists for the other versions and wanted to know if it was allowed. The rules didn’t specify if I could or not.

It is assist mode and it does exist in the PC version of the game as well. It's not directly banned for use since there's no reason for it to be, as all it actually does is give you 8 hp and regen after standing still for the base game, which is actually slow in many cases so it ends up being pretty slow to use. It is, however, indirectly banned in death wish, since it automatically enables peace and tranquility for every death wish and using peace and tranquility is banned in death wish categories.
