Hi everyone! I’m new here. Looking forward to trying some nes speed runs! Can anyone tell me or point me to a tutorial that tells me what I need todo or buy to stream Nintendo games?? I have a soft modded wii with some roms of games I own but the emulators it uses are illegal for most games. I have a Nes and some games on my Sony Bravia, What else do I need?? Thanks for any help!!

Ty! I’m curious if I bought a nes classic would it count or no? Or if I used a pc emulator like nesticle? I’ve read that zsnes and fceux are illegal. PC would be easier todo everything. Record, Stream etc.. I can buy a converter if I have to but using a pc would ultimately be the way to go if it’s allowed.

There is no universal rule to what is allowed or not, you need to check the rules or with the mods of the games you want to run to see what they allow.

As an aside, an NES Classic will be slower than actual hardware. Not by much - it loses a second for every 10 minutes of play - but for games that are very optimal they can be a huge impact. Just keep that in mind if your goal is a top time.

Ok thanks. I’ll just figure something out with my nes. Maybe the mods will allow nesticle on pc for the few nes games I want to run. Ill ask.
