I'm not gonna knock Crisco for trying to keep MM/X games up on here, but i made it fairly clear in our last discord convo that i thought trying to maintain the board on here was a bad idea at this point. If someone from MMRTA was willing to work with crisco on the boards that would be cool, but really it's just redundant for the moment. I think i can accept not being trustworthy anymore lol, im WAAAAAY to impulsive and always do dumb shit in situations like this, which is exactly what happened when i tried to talk to Luiz, and when it came to LBs in general. it kills me to know that some boards on mmrta are still outdated but they want those to be the main boards.
The few final communities not yet on speedrun.com need to finally face the music and embrace this website. We all know that srcom is pretty much objectively better than whatever other crappy website people are still clinging to because it is "not broken". Communities like Super Metroid were opposed to it for a very long time, but when people were finally progressive enough to move here, there were no catastrophic consequences. C'mon guys, websites like mmrta are staring into the dark abyss.
I also don't know why somebody like LuizMiguel is the go-to moderator. Judging from Crisco's comment about how Luiz spoke to him, it seems like he is not very co-operative about this whole situation.

Hetfield, you're acting very immature here. You bringing up personal attacks and insults to get your way. The point of the matter is that Crisco's relays, and me being banned on other website for no reason have nothing to do with this conversation. You're doing damage control for your friend LuizMiguel, who freaked out and called the mods of the game "Cancer" and "terrible people" for adding speedruns to a speedrun leaderboard. This is a false equivalence, and is nothing short of embarrassing.
I can mention how you speedrun "Suck My Dick or Die!" and talk about how you talk about auto-fellatio in chats and play games on emulators when no one takes emulator records seriously, but it's not relevant to this conversation, it's nothing more than your immaturity and fear getting in the way.
Also, Izrail made the leaderboard here, I had nothing to do with it. Also, there was no such thing as "Default Difficulty" when this was done.
Misc categories are misc categories, not main categories. You still have yet to prove you understand the difference between main and misc.
Again, to reiterate, the final point is that MMRTA is mostly consisted of elitists and cliquey oldboys that dislike anyone doing anything that they don't collectively agree with. That's why you guys are so quick to throw Laseki out of your clique, because he participates in our relays, has fun with the "outsiders" and talks to new runners. You guys can't stand that, so you thew him to the side of the road like trash, and should be embarrassed of yourselves. Laseki is a cool guy, and the way he's been treated for wanting to have mirrored leaderboards is disgusting.
I've been arguing with mega man speedrunners for years about this nonsense, and it's honestly boring at this point. Take your clique to your own website and leave it there. Leave us alone.

Clearly the majority of X3 runners dont want their times on the LB's here. Otherwise they wouldnt remove them. The majority of the community agrees that Crisco & crew are not responsible and reliable enough to be mods of the game. Otherwise this whole thing wouldnt even be happening.
Saying that you think that every LB should be on this site changes nothing. The majority of the community likes the MMRTA LB's, and they are funcional, clean and up to date. I dont understand why It would be "starring into the abyss" If that even means anything. The community puts their times wherever they feel its best, case and point.

I'm not insulting anyone. I'm letting the admins know who you are and why you have no business moderating the mmx3 leaderboards. Continuing to play the victim in every post doesn't make either of you any less unfit to moderate x3's boards than you were before. I've said all that needs to be said on the matter. I'll respond to any questions that admins need answered to make their decision and that's it; they already have enough bs to sift through.

Celestinno, if it was actually true that the majority of X3 runners didn't want their times on this site, they wouldn't have to post them here. The site will remain up for those that do. Participation in any leaderboard, MMLB and SR.com alike, is 100% optional. The only group of people I'm concerned with making happy at this point are the people who want to be here, who want to take part. Everyone else can go do their own thing and I won't hassle them about it.
The admins already know who I am, and I never said I wanted to moderate the boards. You're insulting me just to please your ego. Nothing more, hetfield.

Ok so reiterate my post recently, I've seen Mega Man X3 be on the site, deleted, then re-brought up to a fairly decent point of accuracy (the only runs that weren't up to date were auchgard and luiz runs), in which case it was deleted yet again with the epic read the rules post.
I think there needs to be corroboration instead of usurping someone trying to fix a board. ATM I think combining XC/PS1 doesn't fit with how mmrta is handled, but other than that everything else is the same as its setup, no extra categories. Maybe someone from mmrta with a level and unbiased head could join crisco as mod so that a check system is set in place would be fair. In addition, linking to the alternative leaderboard site would maintain accuracy.
You can only wait so long for an API merge before people start to give up, so manually adding and checking is the best point atm, and as long as a link to mmrta is established it helps both sites
I'd be willing to discuss the separation of PS1/XC as its own sub-category into two different categories. I am always open for productive and civil discussion.
I don't know about that. People are very passionate about this issue. A lot of us have a lot to say and there's more than two of us so you know you're getting more than that. Sorry if it seems a bit much though. I'm sure it wasn't anyone's intent to irritate you.

Can i be mod for blameless, i got a few second places and 2 first places but the current mods are pretty inactive
I'd like to request that all the current mods of the game Mega Man X3 (Nu, Auchgard, LuizMiguel, Laseki, Akiteru, Hetfield90, nrgzam) be instated as additional mods of the games Mega Man X and Mega Man X2. Now that we've established all these runners have an interest in maintaining leaderboards on SR.com, I think it very reasonable that we go for the full series. Mega Man X and Mega Man X2 are the last two remaining holdouts and they rank among the most popular games among the eight. In addition, all the current X3 mods are just as skilled at X and X2 and most of them also mod X and X2 on MMLB.net, so I see no reason why anyone would object.
In the event that they find this unacceptable, as before, I am willing to do the work myself. I don't believe it needs to come to that, but I'm here if needed.
Backing Crisco. I definitely DON'T agree with having him unmodded as a side note to this, he did most of the legwork in rebuilding the boards and it just seems unfair.
Personally, I think that if the MMX oldboy clique wants to be in charge, they should do the work related to it.
