I've had that issue with Has-Been Heroes before, you need to remove the "-"s in the URL to fix it.

Fix 2: Try different Case

Sometimes the website developer are nonrennet about LOWER Case and UPPER case use, for example putting an email should be case insensitive, but sometimes site developer makes it case sensitive. As a workaround try using only lower case as this may help.
