Version Differences?

Are there any known differences between the PS1 and N64 versions, or has this not been explored? I'm currently in the process of getting a PS1 copy, I can do some testing with that once I get it if nobody has already.

N64 is more easier than ps1 its some differences like ps1 have diffrent spawn of enemies on random locations i can create n64 and ps1 category.

Hey here to answer a few questions.

First, the major differences between the N64 version and the PS1 version is load times. Each time there is a screen transition for the PS1 version, there is a loading screen that takes much longer than on N64. Second, for the PS1 version the enemies are seemingly a lot more random and door keys spawn in more random locations. This is why the N64 version is the optimal version for speedrunning.

Been looking at a few different N64 cartridges on EBay and I may have found something I didn’t expect. There may be a 1.0 and 1.1 version of the N64 game. I’ve seen carts that have either xA and xB stamped on the back of the carts (x being numbers) but it’s hard to be completely sure since I’m going off of pictures only and haven’t even seen a real copy of the game before. Just something that may be interesting.
