Speedrunning with a disability

So I've recently injured my right hand to the point of being unable to use a playstation controller (I normally run Spyro the Dragon), and i was wondering if there were any controller/keyboard setups which accommodate a single hand. Alternatively, I was wondering if there were any games which can be played with just one hand. Earthbound comes to mind but I'm hazy on the details

I don't know too much about it, but you could try looking into the software this guy uses to play without his hands. He has cerebral palsy to the extent he can't use either hand to play, but in his channel he plays all sorts of games with the keys mapped to his mouse:

(Also note that the game in the video, Foxbot, can be played with one hand, as it only requires arrow keys or WAS.)

I'd also recommend halfcoordinated, who for similar reasons speedruns with only one hand. Look into controller rebindings for single-hand play.

It might not be your cup of tea, but Repton only needs the four directions as inputs, so you could bind them to WASD for one-handed play.

Plenty of mobile games would be reasonable to control with one hand. The first one that comes to mind is Plants vs. Zombies.

Earthbound might be a good idea too. I haven’t played it, but many turn-based RPGs seem like they would work, though fast menuing could be tricky to figure out.

Actually just check out halfcoordinated in general. Great dude. Runs lots of cool games. etc.

Was going to suggest pretty much what Pear said. Plenty mobile games that are one handed, scroll the app store

if you can handle jumping your good hand between keyboard and mouse fnaf world is easy to play and run
