Can someone please send me a link to a (a) cheap (b) works on Nintendo Switch (c) works with a tablet Capture Card.

For the Switch capture card, you just need any HDMI capture device. I personally use an Elgato HD, but these are expensive. Idk what options for that are good and not expensive.
