Hey, I speedrun 16 star on project 64 2.3v and I've seen people say that that's not allowed in most communities. Are you allowed to use it here? And if you are, could someone edit it into the rules? They're not very clear.

Emulator-specific rules: -You must use either Project64 v1.6 or OpenEmu (for Mac users). All other emulators and versions (such as Mupen64 and Project64 v1.7 & v2.0+) are banned.
