I can't get flowtimer to run i dont know if its java or me. Whould appreciate if someone could drop a step by step how to download and run flowtimer. Flowtimer is just a blank jar file for me and i got nothing to run it with. I got no 7zip or winrar or w/e, i just clean extracted the flies and can't run it. got latest java and java runtime (i think), i whould appreciate a guide for this.
