I put in a game request a couple weeks ago and It was approved today. However, my profile doesn't say im a moderator of it and the game isn't even in the games list or on the website at all. Can anyone tell me why?

The staff have been swamped with a lot things lately and haven't been able to get around to everything as fast as they usually do. They'll get around it, I promise.
