I'm currently the record holder in one of the original Soulcalibur categories, and I improved on my record tonight. However, I didn't start filming until the last stage, and the film I did get was really poor, but it did show the ending time. Will this be sufficient for being "official?"

It probably won't, but you never know. You're much better off going to the Soulcalibur forums and asking the moderators there though.
