I'm sorry another forum post so soon. Could someone please tell me exactly how to get bizhawk? Like there's so many links on the TASvideos website, also so much info i'm seeing that i'm having a hard time understanding. What link should i go to exactly? what should i do exactly to get it setup to where i can get Started putting in Inputs for the TAS?

I don't think you are on the right site. You mentioned TASvideos - The entire site is built around TASes, and is full of guides and tutorials. The site also have forums, the people there should know more about TASing than the general community here.
