I mean you can’t just go to sleep with the game recording, you have to be actively playing, but when I did it, I took like 2 10 minute breaks so

If you ask me, doing a 'slowrun' on purpose should not be encouraged. Purposefully going for the slowest run on the board goes against the point of the board to begin with, and to be honest is a little disrespectful. Same goes for submitting 'casual playthroughs' too. They aren't speedruns, whats the point in submitting them to a speedrun website? The speedrun.com site rules specify spam as prohibited, and these runs come off as spam to me. That being said, if you are genuinely playing the game for 8 hours straight and just so happen to get the slowest run, there isn't really an issue with that. Its still a valid and purposeful run. The context to why you have the slowest run on the board matters.

From the speedrun.com rules:

"A minimum effort requirement is reasonable. It is recommended to at a minimum accept a first playthrough done in one sitting with an intention of playing the category quickly.

Runs that are clearly not making an effort to beat the game's category quickly may be rejected."

A run that goes slow because its someones first attempt is completely fine, but if someone afk's for an hour at the end of each kingdom thats a different matter
