My computer is pretty bad and I'm new to this thing, what settings should I use for OBS?

Here are my specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1 Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @2.93 GHz 4 GB RAM ATI Radeon HD 5450

But basically it depends on what kind of game you're streaming, 1080p high speed PC games need a good PC and internet to do decently, but Mario on the NES will take a lot less.

With those specs and depending on your internet you could probably do the latter, but probably not the former
