Why is there no low% on cut the rope original I really think this should be another category

As far as I understand, Low% for this game would require to collect the minimum amount of stars possible. That's an interesting idea. I wish moderators would take your suggestion into account

actually we have but we need people to be interested for a category like that to be made because we wouldn't want a category with close to no runs

Honestly, that's partially what category extensions exist for. You can add it there for not littering the main leaderboards
