I speedrun minecraft parkour on a server called Happy Hunger-Games Network and I see it has a really outdated speedrun page with an inactive moderator who I cannot contact. Is there a way I can ask for a some sort of renewal of the speedrun page as I am very happy to moderate it.

First, you need to try to contact the original mod.
Then go to the support forum.

One of the mods was logged in just one week ago. That’s not inactive.

Yes you can. You can use DMs on this site, or that mod’s linked YouTube and discord profiles.
