I'm trying to get into speedrunning mario odyssey, but I don't fully understand how to nut clip, I've managed to get it twice by luck, but i can't manage to get to consistency, any help would be nice. Thanks in advance.

If your lack of consistency is due to bad timing of the imputs, you can check this video out, it might help you :

yeah same nut clip is hard, i used this rhythm on loop it helps

just learn the timing, i used to only get it 2 or 3 times in an hour to luck, but i literally just listened to this for like 10 minutes and then now i get it like 70% or more of the time, i know it suck to just stick it out, but that's just what you gotta do for consistency. and also @Beuzsy is correct, don't do it if you're just starting out. I only do it cuz im an idiot:)

i only get nut clip and all the movement like 1 out of 20 tries, its not worth it when ur starting out
