You can't delete a whole thread, only an admin/full mod can do that. Game mods MIGHT be able to do it for the forums of the game they moderate, but I'm not 100% sure on that. All you can do is delete your own posts by using the 3 dots in the right hand corner of your post and clicking on "delete post".
I wouldn't recommend deleting posts or trying to get threads deleted, if a mod/admin thinks a thread deserves to be deleted, they will get rid of it, but there's nothing wrong with keeping old threads/posts once a thread has been resolved or died down.
Nah, you're probably fine, if someone had an issue with you creating too many threads then they would let you know.
Nobody will probably get angry unless you started creating a lot of threads every day that don't really have a lot of purpose.

Another way it could be deleted is if everyone in the thread deletes their post.
I should probably add that the only way a mod can delete it is by deleting each post of the thread. I don't think that it's possible to delete entire threads at once.
Oh, I thought they could do it in one click. Kinda obnoxious to have to do it post by post.
