Hey everyone! So for the Nintendo Switch edition (im not sure about other installments), they added 2 player for Cave Story +! Does anyone else think that a two player speedrun has enough potential to be its own category? It could add extra strategies and differ the run enough. I’ve tested the first 2-3 stages, just playing casually with a friend and it was really fun and I believe there could be some crazy exploits with Co-Op mode. I’d like to hear your guys opinions. Yes, me and my friend were thinking about that. We finished the best ending in Co-Op and we were thinking about a new category for Cave Story+. There is definitely potential to have his own category!
Yeah, plus it’s just fun to finally play Cave Story with somebody else!
I've added categories for Best/Normal/Bad ending Co-op runs. They're under Miscellaneous.
