West Coast USA - Time Trial - Highway Endurance. where is it?
I think we should add Highway Endurance time trial on west coast USA. i think it would add a good challenge to the leaderboards

Scenarios:
- "Speedy Scramble" runs have been archived, as mission type changed and there are more points to collect than in the prior scenario.
There very well should be more on this list, but looking over the release notes and having played a bit of this update
