Might be a silly question but I wanted to double-check just in case. I'm currently playing on the unpatched ps4 version to mess with out of bounds stuff for fun. However, I was wondering if I went and did a CAS run and got a PB, would it be legit on the unpatched ver? or do I have to update it before doing runs etc? Many thanks :)

Yep it would be legit as long as you don't use any infinite weapons or cheats then its fine.
