I recently sent some time trial runs to be verified from the UK version (PAL) from the Wii U VC. I received this note on all of my runs [mod note: Wii U VC is NTSC even in PAL regions] which really confused me and has dropped my ranking lower on the leaderboard for some reason.

Please could someone help with this as to why this has happened.

Ask in the game forums ( https://www.speedrun.com/wr64/forum ), or ask one of the game moderators directly - why they made this decision. The general community here can't help about specific games.

Also, someone wrote this in the forums about Wii U VC: https://www.speedrun.com/wr64/thread/6rkb3 but I don't really have technical knowledge to understand it.
