So I'm thinking about trying to run Any% NMS since it's likely a bit easier for me to do than regular Any% right now, but a couple of questions.

First of all, is there a route out there that I can just copy, or do I just watch someone's run and copy the route from there?

Second, the rules say sequence breaks aren't allowed, but when I look at linky's run https://www.speedrun.com/run/9meg6l9y (since the 1st and 2nd place runs don't have videos) he gets N2 Red early. So I guess I just want to know what exactly is not allowed in Any% NMS.
