Hi, I was trying to submit a speedrun but it was rejected with the reason: video is private.

I uploaded it on youtube and set the public option. Youtube told me that there is some copyright content but it's allowed to show and they may include some ads.

So my question is what does the reason mean?

Are you from Germany? (Profile says so) I know many of my YouTube uploads are blocked in Germany, so it's possible that the mod or mods of your game is/are in a country that can't view your video.

Yes I'm from germany, but I can't belive this is a problem. It's a private video so why should they block it in another country? But actually I'm not really familiar with the youtube restraints.

I am able to play the video, so there's (probably) not a country issue. Maybe submit it again, or link to here where you've embedded it?

Private videos: only you can watch Unlisted videos: anyone with the link can watch, but it isn't visible on your channel

If you made it private, he/she wouldn't be able to watch it to verify it. That's what the reason means.

And then what should happen is rejected for the reason incorrect timing, unless the mods wanna do a retime. Timing starts on reset not on file select. (P.S. I wish it was on file select.)

Yeah, looks like 14 seconds pass from the beginning of the video to the file select. So just add 14 seconds. EZPZ
