Rye's first move was to violate that rule.
Ryedawg must have realized things were not moving along, so he went to Gyoo.
I didn't say all active viewers supported me.
Yes, but you did say that people that weren't active runners (they are viewers) but that supported ryedawg shouldn't be here. Then you see non active runners (that are viewers) that agree with you, and you like their posts.
he needs to be on his best behaviour for Gyoo.
Yes. He hasn't been on bad behavior, so why would he mess up now. If he does I trust Gyoo enough to know that he will take appropriate action.

"Ryedawg must have realized things were not moving along" So he broke the rules? He took it upon himself to not contact any mods for any complaints and simply break the rules. Again, this isn't fucking up? You have a very high standard for fucking up.

"that supported ryedawg..." That is not what I said. I said that people who had no interest in GTA V until this went down shouldn't be here. Those who don't view it, run it or care about it. People who are not affected...at all. Stakeholders are those usually involved in what is being spoken about.

"Yes. He hasn't been on bad behavior...." We just finished discussing how he violated the rules and it hasn't even been two days! He spent two years absent and he came back and immediately violated the rules on a level never seen before.

"If he does I trust Gyoo enough to know that he will take appropriate action" Do you know Gyoo personally? How did you develop this trust?

Honestly starting to wonder if Gyoo was paid off or something. You can't be this senseless.

Latvia

In the end does this affect your performance as a runner? It doesn't. Rye is fixing and keeping the LBs tidy and accurate and as posted in the changelog he is open to any suggestions to any changes timing wise, thats it. I just find it hilarious that people are overreacting over LBs, its not like Rye has been giving an owner or president status at RS or GTA speedrunning community. It doesnt even matter who does it (well you need to know the game atleast) as long as it is done right and Rye is doing it right for now. Obviously the big experts of the game couldn't be bothered to do that before.

When the leader of a community leaderboard is a known troll it affects how the game reflects.

Latvia

It might give a bad publicity to the LBs yet if they are timed right, than those opinions could be changed. Thats the point, no one is really giving him time to prove himself. Either way it will take 1 tick from Gyoo to change whoever mods the LBs and in the case that everything turns south, that can be changed. Also now changing the mod because Rye is Rye rather than a professional agenda, than this also looks like a "personal interest" from those who are against him being a mod.
Honestly starting to wonder if Gyoo was paid off or something. You can't be this senseless.
Come on, this is getting ridiculous at this point...

Why let someone who did a hostile coup over the leaderboards 'fuck up' as DarkViper has been saying? Just get rid of him.
So he broke the rules? He took it upon himself to not contact any mods for any complaints and simply break the rules. Again, this isn't fucking up?
No. Maybe it's fucking up as a person somehow (I don't know why) but it's certainly not fucking up as a moderator.
I said that people who had no interest in GTA V until this went down shouldn't be here. Those who don't view it,
I view GTA V runs (Toriks) and you asked why I was here.
Do you know Gyoo personally? How did you develop this trust?
No, unfortunately I don't know him personally. However, he is a full mod of the site. Why would he not want to see the site run as smoothly as possible?
When the leader of a community leaderboard is a known troll it affects how the game reflects.
Elaborate on this please.

Hasn't Ryley personally bashed you repeatedly before Zach? Why would you trust him?

Yes he has. But how is that relevant? I don't trust him as a person, nor do I particularly like him. But he hasn't shown himself to be a bad moderator yet. Personal issues should be kept out of speedrunning, should they not?

United States

"Hasn't done anything wrong yet"

A hostile coup over the leaderboards, I'd say that is a major fuckup.

California, USA

Hostile coup? A changing of the guard does not sound like a hostile coup. It sounds like something was needed to be done, maybe not in the best way you would have hoped, but as a whole I do not think it has been a bad thing.

United States

You right, not informing anyone of any changes to mod roles nor rules was definitely the best idea. Genius.

Mutt can you actually answer the question already that people ask you in this thread, because for some reason you keep going around it.
Mutt can you
Again, insulting people won't help anyone's cause.
