So i have a Raspberry Pi with Retropie installed and I'm planning on starting speedrunning. The game I'm gonna speedrun is an NES game, but i have a modified SNES controller registered as an XBOX360 controller. Am i allowed to use the SNES controller on an NES game on a speedrun?

Ask the mods for the NES game.

@MoaM in general any controller that doesn't give an unfair advantage is allowed (such as things like turbo buttons)
