No matter how many times I adjust the resolution of the window, it changes back upon booting it again. Not sure how to fix this, though I know there must be a file to change this setting.

Yeah I did. Though it seems to have magically fixed itself after I posted this. It's very odd. Before this, I couldn't even find the window or move it using the windows key + arrows. Had to go into the settings to change it's coordinates.
