I stopped getting emails for any of the things I was supposed to be getting emails for. For a week now no emails for submitted runs to verify or anything.

I have a few remarks regarding the "Streams" page. As far as I can tell, the only way to not show up on that tab when streaming aside from simply not having the stream listed under settings is to put [nosrl] in the title. For me, I'd rather not remove my stream from my profile whenever I'm streaming non-speedrunning-related content, but putting [nosrl] in the title is also a bit undesirable to me, partially due to the minor clutter it adds, but mostly since I'm not on SRL to begin with. It might be nice to have a togglable option under "Settings" like "Appear in 'Streams' tab" that would default to being checked for existing users or something along those lines. Granted, that's not the most elegant thing in the world, either. Something like "Only appear in 'Streams' tab while playing <games>" or "Don't appear in 'Streams' tab while playing <games>" might be nicer since it'd require less maintenance, but I could also envision something like that being more of a hassle to implement (I admittedly know nothing about how much of a pain any of this stuff would be).

Emails and notifications are hopefully fixed now.

Morgan: Pac handled the deletion, we still need an extra button added for that.

Fly_Amanita: The simple thought should be feasible I imagine. There's been a lot of bugfixes this week, so it might be a bit before we're back to minor feature addition.

I'm still getting notifications when a new run is awaiting verification in a game I moderate, even though I've unchecked the box and saved a few times to make sure. http://i.imgur.com/QQgksiZ.png

I love the site if you ask me :P

when i know about speedrun.com i thought ... ''fake copy of slr?'' but then i see a couple of streamers dudes i used to watch in a long time so i figure it out its just another speed run legit site :D.

this one have an unique thing besides the other speedrun sites :3

things i really would like to see on this site to be added ''add EU game version cover'' since certain games wasn't only maded in NA/JP so :P pretty much sometimes the JP space to fill will be in blank and leaving you unable to yeah ... let know the community X game was made only for NA/EU and not NA/JP.

^^ pretty much talking about a recent game it got approved here :P ''Body Harvest''.

Out of curiosity, how long is normally for game suggestions being approved or denied? I submitted a game I think 4 days ago (Dr. Mario Online Rx for the Dr. Mario series), and haven't heard anything yet. It might have been declined but I'm not sure where to go to check on statuses of these things.

I'm not trying to rush it, my question is more asking how to check these things so I don't have to ask xD

About 1 week or 2.

BlueInfinity22: I added it yesterday. If you didn't get a notification in the last 24 hours then they would appear to have broken again >_>; Could you confirm whether or not you have a notification?

I try not to let the game request queue get behind more than about 5 days max.

Regarding game covers: The modular solution would be to have an arbitrary number of game covers for an arbitrary number of versions, but there's probably other more useful things to work on for now.

Here's a screenshot of my notifications up to three weeks ago. I didn't get one.

Gonna make the board look so nice and organized :D

The site is always getting improvements and I like this, but is it possible to implement a "report user" button? ATM we can't stop people form posting to forums or whatnot, and the X6 forums is getting bombarded with indecent threads / replies

I think the longer term solution to this is to modularize forum bans (e.g. 1 month ban, 2 month ban, unlimited ban) and then get an automated queue in place and get sitewide forum moderator privileges to help handle things. It's difficult to have 24/7 moderators without getting quite a few people involved.

Then we probably need something to handle people spamming reporting of users.

It's a nice idea, kirkq; it would probably helps games forums.

Did Pac add this and then not put it anywhere in the interface? :P

Bavaria, Germany

Yup. There are a couple of buggy/unfinished bits in it as well, though.

Wow, thank you so much PackSciences, that's gonna help me! :)

I don't know if the question has been already asked but i think it would be nice to add a title below the avatar with like your favorite time you did. By this way, we could know fastly on what the guy is very good or something like that.

Sorry for my english, in advance
In any case, what were your thoughts about following series, would it do anything different than following games?
biggest thing for me is getting notifications on series forums, since these currently don't show up on http://www.speedrun.com/forum

Québec

not sure if anyone requested that yet, but some way to sent PMs to people would be better than using twitch messages.

This feature is planned for ages but Pac is very busy with other things, so this is why it is not ready yet.
