Stream something you want to play. No point in playing a game at all (streaming or otherwise) if you won't enjoy it.

You're not gonna get (m)any viewers. Just stream something you enjoy and will let your personality show through (assuming you have a mic, and if you don't, it probably literally doesn't even matter). Streaming is about the networking. A fair few people go WAY too far with the whole "no advertising in my channel" thing. Yes, you should avoid saying "hey watch me and not this asshole" when you're in somebody's chat, but if the subject of streaming is at hand, the fact that you stream or would like to start streaming needn't be guarded like nuclear missile launch codes.
