A rouge mod removed them. Removing established world records without communicating is serious and will not be permitted. I've demodded 2 of 3 people who did not communicate on this issue - Jack and Inferno. If the times get deleted again, the last person who didn't communicate will also be demodded.

I guess Whip deserves to not be able to submit any runs anymore. Why? The runs on Top 3 is the best runs on the game, where good techs are used to reach the lowest possible time; consequently, remove a video of the proof makes every people not be able to see and learn with the run, compare yourself with the best players (this is what I myself do), what is a shit action to the runners that care on the game... So, if the proof of a good run is deleted because the runner wants (as Whip), how can we trust on this kind of person? They can repeat it, and not only on the Crash community.

However, remove the time of the run that had been prooved, is as Beta said: "serious and not permited" imo. Why? The run, even without any proof anymore, is real. The person who achieved this place on leardboards should stay there in behalf of us (speedrunners), because the leardboarders will be innacurate and lieing about the position of every runner if we delete the time and who did it.
