I have been grinding so much but I cant seem to get a sub 4 are there any tips anybody has?

so, if you notice a trend in where you consistently lose time then try to sit on that level and gain consistency

look at other people's runs like and see if you can find strats that are not hard to do but are just consistent.

and lastly just keep grinding no one gets better by giving up ;)
