So the other day i was introduce into speedruning and i was hooked immidiatly so I get myself a livesplit and decide to try it out myself. I followed the infos and some youtube tutorials, to set up everything. So when i went into the game and want to try speedruning my hotkey would not work to start. I was confused I thought something is wrong with program so i went out of the game and try to start and the start clock would set off , i try to split and this was working too like it was working 100% but when I was in the game trying to speedrun, the timer wont start for some reason. I changed the hotkeys in the settings and that didnt work , I try it on 2 screens and 1 screen still the same. So I am a bit in the dark right now and dont really know what to do so any help would be really appriciated.

If the game has an overlay on it (Such as a steam game, Games for Windows Live, etc.) Then you will need to run Livesplit in Administrator mode, you will also want to have Global Hotkeys active (As mentioned above)
Yup I have but i didnt have administration mode set thats true i will have to try that . and uhm ok i make a picture of my settings if you wonder
