Requirement for submissions

I'm not sure who manages or controls run submissions, but I was wondering if there were any pre-requsits for a submission? I've read from other sources before about all runs requiring to be streamed as opposed to an offline recording (although streamed is probably easier anyway). Also with the 3.8 patch opening up a ton of new options I was thinking it would also now be sensible that any run recorded should now include at least a segment pre-run of the options selected as the game speed can now be jacked up UNLESS, running at turbo speed is fair tenure at which point I've probably got a ton of praticing to do. Am looking to hopefully submit a time that is sbu 2h13m as I've been praticing offline for a while now and have gotten a PB of 2h6m unrecorded

this game hasn't gotten activity on SRC for ages and i've been inactive. apparently the other mods have as well since there was a 3 week old submission in the queue. the main worms community is on that wiki, and i don't think they ever ran RTA categories like these. i only ever saw IL runs, although when i last did my runs three years ago, many people in the community stopped by and talked with me.

regarding rules: naturally gamespeed should be set to normal. and yeah, showing the options at the beginning of the run is probably necessary now if that's the case.

IL runs? Also would you link the wiki pleases? :) - Like this is one of the biggest of 'general' speedrun activity, I'm fairly surprised that more death match runs haven't been done as there are some massively tallented people out there that could run it far faster than I could (ones i remember playing agianst online anyway)

Thanks! - Also if someone is a mod can you check for my submission when you got time? I've miss timed by a few seconds but its a solid run

Hi all,

Firstly, a quick thank you to all the new runners we've had submissions from in the last few months. It's great to see more people recognising W:A as a speedrunning game, and we hope y'all keep on working on your PBs!

As noted in the Game Rules, we reserve the right to update the rules
