I agree, what happened to PS2 and PS3?

These all fall under PSX. They were recognized as a single category from the beginning (PS3 times being comparable to PSX disc).

Being a full-game leaderboard what's the point in not having PS2 and PS3 too as separate categories for competition? Makes no sense.

There's no proof anywhere PSN done on a PS3 is comparable to PS1/2 disc, really. If anything, there's more proof to the complete opposite, looking at RE1 and RE2.

Wolf's run isn't a good example either, as his run was a vastly improved route against the two PS1 disc times in question. I'm sure if you gave him Goda's or Level's PS1 he could knock a lot of time off of his PSN time.
