Recently canceled a new game Battlefield 1942 with wording: "we are not accepted PvP based games". I understand that this is not in accordance with game request rules. But there are many examples of pvp games on speedrun.com dota2, dead by daylight, smite, etc. This game is somewhat reminiscent of Star Wars Battlefront I/II. Here and there is a company for one player vs bots. I don't quite understand why my request was rejected.
There was once a time where these rules were not enforced as much, during that time is when those games got added, or series moderators added them.
also site staff dont take down leaderboards due to either one of these

If the game has a full single-player campaign, probably it wasn't emphasized in the original game request, and the video for the request probably didn't show it. When you request a game, you should fill up as many relevant information as you can about the game (in the "Additional notes" field), and the game will be more likely to be accepted. You can also request the game, you already have that speedrun and everything. A rejection in most cases doesn't have to be final.
