Hi, I've found the mods for Resident Evil 2 (2019 remake) to be unable, or unwilling, to uphold their own rules. I am reporting the following runs for not following the rule: No game modifications allowed. The following runs all use a mod that allows the player to see their DA (difficulty adjustment) enemy health player health and or inventory setup.. This is a copy and paste of the rules regarding mods in these runs "Stair skating/Stair gliding" is allowed. Out of bounds/item duplication is BANNED. Mods (including, but not limited to: first person, and "Gon' Give it to Ya") are not allowed. The tool the runners are using is a practice tool, not unlike save states. These mods are great for practice but CANNOT be allowed in regulation speed runs.

As a moderator for the RE2R boards, this is insulting to my eyes to read. This isn't a mod. This a tool that PC runners are allowed to use for their runs. The fact that the tool isn't used on console runs is that it cannot be used to read the game data as you can with PC. SRTs have been used with pretty much every PC version of RE games. Your thread is pointless and isn't going to get you anywhere.
