This is just a challenge run that would be near impossible to get good rules for. But like I said before, challenge runs are not normally a good fit for Speedruns if they don't change the movement. For example, Itemless completely changes what you have access to. Min caps in Odyssey changes the routes and has tons of glitches that change what you can do. With something like No Touching White, you still have access to the Catsuit and all the moves that come with it, making it more of "I need to pay more attention to where I'm going" and not "What is the fastest shine to get"
I'm not sure if this would make a good category extension, or even a challenge run. That doesn't mean that challenge runs can't make good category extensions, but it would need to be something akin to "Damageless" where the difficulty is in good play, rather than a very limiting rule set.
