My livesplit isn't working, the timer didn't start with SMW, and i'm new to this, so i need help.

Originally when LiveSplit is installed, it only allows you to use hotkeys if you are tabbed into it. Right click on the LiveSplit window, and open Settings. Check the box next to 'Global Hotkeys'.
