Going Deep softlock

I keep having issues in Going Deep in which the fast strats with strategic sticky bomb placements and RPGs will, seemingly at random, cause the final wave of corrupt NOOSE that are highlighted on the map in red to not spawn and Timur (maybe Bulgarian too) will run off into the street. This effectively soft locks the game as with subsequent retries of the mission via the phone will still not spawn the final wave even if the mission is played slowly, as intended. Unfortunately the game seems to need to be restarted to be able to progress. I've never heard any runners of this game mention it so I'm not exactly sure if it's common issue or not, or if it's just me. Any suggestions are appreciated as it's really hampering my ability to finish a run. Cheers.

it's a know issue the current assumption is that if you kill one of the waves prior to the final wave too quickly, it will causes the game to skip a trigger for the waves (or something similar). So in short just go slower especially on the first and second wave.
