Question to everyone should the Eggs be aloud in Any%

• only Advantage is a set Digivolution Agumon - WarGreymon

I think you need to complete the game to have the eggs unlocked but I need to test this first.

In my opinion they should be banned from the speedrun. I dont have much of a problem with this DLC (if you dont need to have beat the game) but any future DLC might just ruin this and banning specific DLC´s would just be really arbitrary. So we should just from the beginning ban the use of all DLC´s imo

Gonna agree with Blackwin here, in addition to what he's saying, this particular DLC on Vita is a pre-order bonus, theres no way to get it now without buying a sealed physical copy which ends up being a pain for any potential runners

So uh, just to ask but which game would we submit to? There's 2 digimon world: next order games on this site and each have the same run, which one is correct for PS4 users (since PS4 is vastly different compared to psvita version)

After some further discussion on the Discord, the community consensus suggests that due to inability to foresee potentially future DLCs' effects on the speedrun, all DLCs (exclusive or not) should not be allowed in any category of Digimon World: Next Order or Digimon World: Next Order (International Edition). All rulesets in these two games and their respective categories have been modified to reflect these changes.

Zewing, the PS4 release is considered the International edition.
