I found a way to skip the puzzle board in (5-3) by using my own variation of Squid's egg ricochet. Don't know if this has been found yet.

I was toying around with a lot of sign bounces and what not in attempts to skip that section a while ago, with no results, this is amazing.

I used to go for the Circus 1 skip using a similar trick, but just with doing a standard jump as the egg comes back to you. It can send you pretty far. Never thought about doing a ground pound though, very cool

Does anyone know the RNG for the puzzle board? The colors and patterns seem to be random every time I restart the level, meaning it could potentially save more or less time than I imagined.
