Can i get some clarity on PSP runs? If you run on PSP, will the timer be paused whilst you change the card? or will the timer keep running?

And what will the rules be for Emulator? No Save states i presume. But swapping discs on Emulator is going to be very quick if your using PPSSPP...

Will PSP Emulator get a different catagory because of the required to beat disc change. I wanmt to know because im thinking on Running Emulator before my PSP Arives.

How about the 2x/3x speed modifier on PC? Is that allowed? If so, is it only on certain places like the world map?

a large part of why PC/Console are split in the first place is the speed modifier, so use it, the rest of us do. It's also probably a part of why there's a lot more traction on PC as a whole since it does make the run significantly faster, yet both harder (to control sometimes) and easier (to dodge things) at the same time.

Gotcha! A friend has been convincing me for awhile now to properly run this, as it's my favorite game of all time, and I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be screwing up right off the bat by making use of that.
