I currently have two runs in pending verification for the game 5xMan, but the mod for the game is not denying or accepting my runs, and they have been active on speedrun.com recently.

Also modding is a volunteer job, they cant be expected to be looking at runs 24/7

Looks like not even a few days, I recommend waiting for a couple weeks or something because the moderator for it seems active. Game moderators also have lives and have other things to attend too, but if by that time they still haven't let a full moderator on the site know.
